You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any rights under them without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.

16. Terms Modification Policy

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will update the "Last updated" date to reflect the date of the most recent changes. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
